About Our Restaurant

We opened our doors in the Spring of 2022 with a purpose: making delicious food and having a positive impact.

A plant-based diet has many health benefits: the American Heart Association recommends a plant-based diet to fight heart disease, and many talented athletes (including professional basketball, tennis, soccer and football players, runners, and champion weight-lifters) optimize their performance through a plant-based diet.

Eating plants helps the environment: it reduces water and air pollution, CO2 output, conserves forests and biodiversity, and helps keep our oceans healthy and full of life.

Finally, it goes without saying that a plant-based diet is also good for animals, but let's say it anyway! So . . .
